2. Terms and Conditions – Term of Agreement

Section 2.1. Standard Term/Length of Agreement.  The Term/Length of this Agreement shall be month-to-month from the Effective Date of the Agreement with a minimum of one month or for the specified term of service as identified by the "Package" that Customer subscribes to.  Terms of any PlayStream Written Agreement between PlayStream and Customer shall override any inconsistencies or contradictory terms of this Agreement.  For purposes of this Agreement, the "Effective Date" shall be the date on which PlayStream delivers notification of account or service activation to Customer with regard to Customer’s order.
