What are my Customer Login and Password?
Your Customer Login information is used to access your PlayStream account where you can manage your billing, contact, content and all account services.

Can I upload content via FTP using my Customer Login and Password?
No. You do not use the Customer Login information to upload media via FTP, although you can upload media via the Web-based PlayStream Account, which is accessed via your Customer Login and Password.

What is my Service Name?
Your Service Name is the unique name that you give to each on-demand or live service you have with PlayStream. For on-demand media, the Service Name encompasses the name of your streaming mount point and your FTP user name. It also identifies a line item on your PlayStream invoice.

In the case of a live service, the Service Name indicates the name of the live streaming mount point as well as a line item on your PlayStream invoice.

Uploading content via FTP using your Service Name
When logging into the PlayStream FTP server use the Service Name as the FTP user name along with FTP password retrieved from your PlayStream Account.

Retrieve this information by logging into your PlayStream Account, clicking on "My Account." Select "Services & Content" and click on the "FTP" button. Click on the "Connect in browser" link.
