media onto our servers. You can use whichever method you are most comfortable
with. |

| Using
PlayStream's My Account for Managing Content |
 |
Through PlayStream's Web site, you can manage your media by
accessing into your account. In the Services & Content section, it
allows you to upload individual files (be sure you are uploading supported file
types), rename files already uploaded and delete files. It also helps you to
organize your media by allowing the creation and deletion of folders. If you
are trying to upload a large file (i.e. larger than 20 MB), we recommend
downloading one of the following free programs from
www.download.com.
For PC users, under search please enter: CoffeeCup FTP
For Mac users, under search please enter: Fetch
To get your FTP Username and password, please check our section "Getting
your FTP Username & Password."
In addition to managing media, you can also generates links for you
to use in your Web site, e-mail and
PlayStream Theater.

| FTP Client Software |

By using an FTP client software application, you can connect to
PlayStream's FTP servers and manage your files. If you do not have an FTP
client installed on your computer, we recommend downloading one of the
following free programs from www.download.com.
For PC users, under search please enter: CoffeeCup FTP
For Mac users, under search please enter: Fetch
These free programs work well and are recommended when trying to upload a large
file (i.e. larger than 20 MB). To get your FTP Username and Password, please
check our section "Getting your FTP Username & Password."

| Using
Microsoft's Internet Explorer (IE) 5.0 or Greater |

If you're using Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater on a Windows
operating system (does not work on a Mac), and you have installed your
browser's "Enhancements for FTP", you don't need to install FTP software*.
Simply type the URL into your browser, and click "enter". Within moments,
you'll have a graphical layout in your browser of your account. To begin
managing your account, you can click, drag and drop your media files and add or
delete your sub directories.
If you are running IE 5.0 or greater on a PC, this link should get you started:

*NOTE: FTP accessibility is usually a default of IE 5.0 installation, but if
you are not able to access your account, this is how to verify that your "FTP
folder-browsing" capability is enabled:

Open "Tools" on your tool bar

Click "Internet Options"

Click "Advanced"

Make sure there is a check in the box next to: "Enable folder view for FTP
sites"

Click Apply. You may have to close and re-open your browser for this change to
apply.

| Getting Your FTP
Username & Password |

Login to your PlayStream account at www.playstream.com

Click "My Account" on the top menu bar.

Select "Services & Content Manager."

Click on the "FTP" button.

The FTP Password will be shown in the box. NOTE: The service name is also your
FTP user name.

| Changing Your
FTP Password |

Login to your PlayStream account at www.playstream.com

Click "My Account" on the top menu.

Select "Services & Content Manager."

Select the "FTP" button next to the service for which you want to
change the password.

Click on "Change FTP Password" link.

In the text boxes, enter the new password and also confirm the new password.

Click the "Change Password" button.
-
A message will appear saying the FTP password has been successfully changed.

| Mailing Media to
PlayStream |

If you don't have connectivity to access our FTP servers or Content
Manager, you can always mail your media to us. If you have it in raw form (VHS,
DV, Beta SP, CD, etc . .), we can encode for you and put it right into your
directory. Click here to get an encoding
quote. If you already have it encoded and want to send it to us on a DVD or CD,
just mail it to:

Be sure to include a note telling us who you are (name, user name and customer
id), and include any notes on where to place the media in your account.
